Who we help

Three kinds of people, one shared moment.

Almost everyone we work with is within ten years of retiring, or just got there. They built the balance sheet themselves, and they want a plan that's as practical as they are.

1

The almost-there couple

Five years out, two incomes, a 401(k) that's finally big enough to feel real, and one question that won't go away: can we actually do this?

2

The newly retired

The paycheck stopped, the markets didn't. You want to spend confidently without watching the news every morning, and you want the taxes handled.

3

The just-sold founder

You sold the company or the practice. Suddenly there's a big liquid number and a much bigger set of questions. Let's build the plan that turns it into a life.

How it works

A real plan in six weeks. A real partner for thirty years.

No 80-page binder you'll never open. We build the plan around the decisions that actually move the needle, and then we run it with you, every year.

1

Get the full picture

Two relaxed conversations. Every account, every goal, every worry you've been carrying around. We listen more than we talk.

Weeks 1–2
2

Build the plan

Income strategy, Social Security timing, the Roth conversion window, the healthcare bridge, and the withdrawal order that makes it all last.

Weeks 3–6
3

Run it together, every year

Markets move, tax law changes, life happens. We meet twice a year and adjust, so the plan is always current and you never wonder where you stand.

Questions, answered

The stuff people actually want to know.

What does it cost?

A flat annual fee, billed quarterly and tiered by how complex your situation is, not by how much you've saved. Median household pays $14,500 a year. No commissions, no product fees, no percentage of your assets.

Do you manage the investments too?

If you want us to. We run low-cost, tax-aware portfolios at Schwab and Fidelity built around your withdrawal plan. Or we'll plan alongside the accounts you already have. Your call.

I'm not retiring for a few years. Too early?

Honestly, the five years before you retire are the most valuable planning years there are. Roth conversions, asset location, and the income runway all get set up here. Earlier is better.

What happens on the first call?

Thirty minutes, no slides, no prep. You tell us where you are, we tell you what we'd focus on, and if we're a fit we'll say so. If we're not, we'll point you to someone who is.

Let's see if we're a fit.

Thirty minutes, free, no pressure. Bring your questions. We'll bring the math.
